My hat flew off the railing of the Golden Gate Bridge.

I hopped a fence and got it.

I could probably try and make this sound a lot cooler and way more adventure-ful.

But you probably wouldn’t buy it, and I really don’t feel like trying that hard.

Either way, it was awesome :]

July 4th was a nice day this year. Small get-together with the other Bautista’s here. BBQ. Pool. Fourth of July cupcakes (whole wheat, thanks to my sister). What could be better?

[I didn’t have time to post yesterday and I only have 2 minutes left of today so here goes!]I remember taking this when we took my grandma to Olvera Street in LA. It was a nice day, and my day in Vista today spent with my sister sorta reminds me of this.

Here’s another old one. My old high school is right by a large Buddhist temple…the largest one in the western hemisphere, actually (not sure if this is still true, but it was at one point). We decided to go during Chinese New Year, and it was beautiful. This was definitely a defining moment in my life. It’s not like I was oblivious to other religions out there, but this was one of the first times I actually experienced it with a different perspective. It was a good night.

I was still getting used to my camera around this time, and also exploring photo editing on Lightroom. I would go on photowalks by myself, and snapped this at the trail in my neighborhood. Still one of my favorites.

It was someone’s birthday and they gave out cupcakes. I remember sucking on the cupcake wrapper until it became gooey mass of wet paper. It was probably a damn good cupcake.

4 years and 1 day ago. I had just gotten my Canon XT for my birthday and took pictures of anything and everything. This was one of my favorites from a photoshoot I did with Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
